2012 Adventures - Texas
And we have the bottom portion of our mirror again! You don’t really know how much you miss something until you don’t have it - that bottom portion looks along the bottom length of the coach along the right side - the place where cars can ‘hide’ from you. Just makes things so much easier when in traffic.
Now, the title of this entry refers to my eyes - one cataract was removed on Thursday. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I knew that it would be better, but I didn’t expect the color change, or rather I should say I didn’t realize how much the cataract was interfering with my perception of color. I even found out that a shirt I thought was an ivory background is WHITE. Just under 2 weeks to wait until they do the other eye - - and I am certainly glad I was able to schedule them both to be done this year.
Of course this is our prod and poke month not only for ourselves, but also for Shadow. She didn’t like going to the vet, but all things considered, she did pretty well. By that I mean, no one got scratched or bitten, just a few hisses.
We’re still waiting on the results of our lab tests and the X-Ray they took of Dave’s back - hopefully they will be able to treat it medically as it is still giving him fits. Meanwhile, we’ve got lots of little things to do around the coach, maybe do some geocaches and checking out the new restaurants in Tyler.

One Down, One To Go
